Heat Pump R&D Engineer

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Lead  Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the world? Then read on and let us hear from you. As a Lead Engineer at Tarnoc, you will be responsible for managing a growing R&D team, structuring the development process, and optimizing the performance of the Turbine Heat Pump. You will work closely with the engineering team and suppliers to create an optimal version of the next generation of Turbine heat pumps.

About the role:

  • Managing and leading the engineering team
  • Setting design requirements
  • Managing BOMs and development timelines
  • Hands-on working and prototyping
  • Coaching and mentoring young engineers
  • Updating and maintaining engineering documentation

About you:

  • 5+ years leading development teams for hardware products
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the development of heating appliances
